Coincheck has announced to list Monacoin(MONA) - the first listing of a new token since January 2018 - Link

📖Regulation
The new crypto regulation bill was officially approved on May 31 - Link
The term “virtual currency” was replaced with the broader term “cryptographic assets”
Any company storing cryptocurrency will be considered as a “cryptographic asset exchange” and thus required to register a license and follow stricter rules
